The Lan-Cay M9 Bayonet is a multi-purpose tool. It functions as a saw, a general field and utility knife and together with its specially designed sheath or scabbard as a wire cutter. The M9 is used as a bayonet on the M16 series rifle, the M4 series carbine, and fits the Mossberg 590 Special Purpose shotgun. It is also used as a hand weapon.
